Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving your order to email@example.com with pictures of any damaged or unused items, then return the items to us using the address below. Upon the receipt of the item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item. All orders go through our quality check process in order to make sure your order is perfect but sometimes it can get damaged in shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages
AMillionPaws is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We can work with you and the shipping company if needed if an order gets lost. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and/or shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. Please use the contact form on the Contact Us page at the top or bottom of the website. We answer all emails within 12-24 hours.
